In the Middle of the day sitting down, looking at bills and other expenses and counting all my loss and wins over the years. What I found is that, there were more losses than wins. That’s not good at all. How did that happened? I am not sure but, It is important that all that starting now, change.
Start with the mind: My step 1.
Train the mind the expert says. There are so many books and different materials on mind training exercises, countless books but, it is not easy to find one that gives step by step instructions with rationales.
I did found one, to summarize that book in only a few words. It says that your problems, wins or losses are all your fault, you created them by first creating them in your mind. It says that your subconscious mind is a very powerful tool, very powerful, it doesn’t know wins or losses but will only give you what you ask for only because you ask.
Therefore, you must be very careful when asking. I’ve learned that very well.
If you are interested in reading that book, it is called: The power of the subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy. Be sure to read it, be sure to practice it, everything will change.
